Increasing Awareness
The new website places a strong emphasis on increasing awareness of DES’s Ignite Broadband. Powerful’s strategy centered on a customer-centric design, aimed at both attracting potential customers and retaining existing ones. The Ignite Broadband homepage features engaging content through a visually appealing layout. Customer testimonials were strategically placed to create a compelling narrative, showcasing real-life experiences and building trust among potential and existing customers. Additionally, the inclusion of an easily accessible FAQ section anticipates and addresses common queries, enhancing visitor support and streamlining the customer journey.
Improving Customer & Admin Experiences
A standout feature of the redesigned website is the integration of Crowdfiber, an innovative tool that significantly improves the customer experience. This integration allows visitors to effortlessly check the availability of Ignite Broadband services in their area, empowering them with instant information. With the help of this online tool, it reduced the volume of service inquiries handled via phone-calls, thereby streamlining the administrative process. This Crowdfiber integration exemplifies Powerful’s commitment to creating solutions that are thoughtful, responsive, and beneficial to both the customers and the organization.
