Addressing the challenge of effectively showcasing the PUD’s diverse range of services, Powerful strategized the content. The initial step involved a detailed content audit to assess and optimize the existing information. This audit laid the groundwork for restructuring the website’s content, ensuring that each service—electricity, water, and telecommunications—was distinctly categorized and easily navigable within the global navigation menu. This segmentation—clearly differentiating electric, water, and telecom services—creates an intuitive visitor experience, allowing customers to effortlessly engage with the information relevant to their needs.

Intuitive Design

These critical tasks were then prominently featured in action buttons on the website’s hero section, ensuring they were immediately visible and accessible to visitors upon their arrival at the site.
