Charlie Stanley has witnessed the digital landscape transform how companies conduct business, and moreover how the consumer owned utility industry communicates with its audience. For over 2 decades, Charlie has been helping organizations establish online identities that connect them with their customer. His creations have been focused on user experience and more recently on website accessibility. Charlie has honed his craft working with over 100 different utility and civic organizations nationwide. Charlie has a BA in Marketing from the University of Oregon, as well as a Website Accessibility Certification from Utah State University.
Operations & Business Development
Sam Coy stands at the forefront of Powerful, overseeing our business development and product strategy. With 15 years of experience evangelizing for solutions that fit the clients he serves best, Sam is responsible for the implementation of our mission to create long-lasting partnerships by humanizing web design through relentless attention to detail and satisfying user experience. Sam champions the Powerful product suite and is recognized for designing, landing, and leading the strategies and partner incentives programs for Powerful. Previously, Sam worked in business development leadership roles for Farmers Insurance and Verizon Wireless.
Director of Production
Brian Aloisi’s technical expertise coupled with extensive experience as a project manager and content strategist enables him to guide the production cycle of each website Powerful produces. He oversees our productions team and implementation processes and creates necessary documentation to ensure the production phase of your project is setup for success. Brian received a BA in English and Writing from Southern Oregon University.
Director of Product Interface
Anna Stopa is an experienced product leader who specializes in driving vision and roadmap for our web offering. She focuses on collaboration between customer and company, with cross-functional partners to deliver successful results. Among Anna’s specialties include product strategy and managing a roadmap. Anna holds a BFA in Illustration from Northern Illinois University.
Manager of Content Operations
Kaytee Horton leads our Content Operations. She works to establish information architecture and enhance overall user experience. Viewing content as an asset, she prioritizes audits and client involvement. Kaytee has owned several businesses and has held various training and teaching certifications, so always encouraging an environment of learning and growing.
Compliance & Security Analyst
As a Certified Solutions Architect and PCI Internal Security Assessor, Dustin Ellis has extensive experience building secure, compliant solutions in a variety of cloud hosted environments. His background and experience lies at the intersection of technology, security and business. He holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.
In her role as Project Manager, Sarah Nelson fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining deadlines along with overall quality control throughout the duration of each project. Her strong communication and client service skills ensure each experience ends with you being a raving fan of our process.
User Experience Designer
Kateland has experience creating usable and delightful online experiences. She has a unique skill set of design strategy, web accessibility and ADA compliance, information architecture, and usability testing. Kateland has led the design efforts for over 100 websites and skillfully leads our design process with ambiguity and clarity. Kateland holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Fort Hays University.
Content Migration Specialist
With expertise in content strategy, copywriting, content migration and site map architecture, Martha Stopa follows industry best practices to migrate and create content with an emphasis on engaging the site visitor. Martha received a BS in Biology from Northern Illinois University.
Training & Technical Support
Nathaniel Robertson leads the charge on training on our content management system as well as DNS migration and facilitating the launch of each website during the wrap-up of our production phase of your website. He prides himself in providing support to ensure your site is an asset for years to come.
