In this role, Levi will respond to technical support inquiries and facilitate training on website content management systems to empower clients with the tools and knowledge they need for success. With a thoughtful and intentional approach, he is dedicated to making a positive impact by providing responsive, personalized, and reliable support to every client he works with.
Levi brings a strong background in client service and technology, having spent over five years at CivicPlus working with local governments to improve transparency, accessibility, and efficiency. His experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Specialist, and Community Engagement Specialist has equipped him with exceptional problem-solving and relationship-building skills, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued at every stage of their journey.
Levi also holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Kansas State University, where he gained valuable experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, instructing multiple sections of Public Speaking. His passion for education, communication, and technology makes him an ideal fit for Powerful’s mission of delivering human-centered digital solutions.
