Jeff Marshall, Powerful’s Director of Content and Design Operations, said the project started with a blank slate and a clear vision. “The team at Black Diamond Power was eager to build a visual identity,” he said. “They wanted to recognize their deep history and the critical service they provide to their customers. Overall, we all had fun with it and we’re happy with how it turned out.”
Visitors to the new site will notice large, task‑oriented buttons that guide them to top actions in a single click. Consistent typography and a cobalt‑blue palette honor the “Black Diamond” name and strengthen brand recognition across every page. Office phone numbers and directions appear in the footer on every screen, making local support easy to find– whether customers are on a desktop or a smartphone.
