Nikki brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the Powerful team, drawing from an impressive 18-year tenure at Consolidated Electric, an Ohio-based electric distribution cooperative.
Throughout her career, Nikki has excelled in various roles, including marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, and design. Her extensive experience and deep insights are invaluable during content migration, website audits, and content repurposing. Nikki’s keen eye for utility photography and her strategic approach to content integration ensure that our utility partners’ online narratives are both compelling and engaging.
Nikki’s contributions have consistently been recognized by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) Spotlight on Excellence awards, earning her over 20 accolades in marketing, communication, and design categories. This recognition highlights her expertise and commitment to excellence in the utility industry.

Nikki holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Internet Marketing & Web Development from Franklin University. With over 27 years of web design experience and more than 10 years of photography experience, Nikki is well-equipped to drive our content strategy process forward.
