Powerful applied its Deschutes blueprint to organize the homepage around common customer needs. Prominent call-to-action buttons connect customers directly with bill payment, tank percentage submission, contact information, new service, and rebates. Supporting icons and straightforward labels help visitors quickly identify where to go next.
“I love that the new website is a lot cleaner looking and functioning than our last site,” said Kris Bailey, ICP propane manager. “Pathways are clearly marked and very easy to navigate.”

ICP’s branding carries through the design with deep blue and bright pink accents across navigation, buttons, icons, and featured content. Photography featuring ICP trucks and team members keeps the company itself visible throughout the experience and ties the online presence back to the people customers know.
The collaborative process also gave ICP opportunities to refine how information was presented throughout the site.
