  3. Include your full name, contact information (email address and phone number), and your relationship to the content (e.g., copyright owner, concerned individual, etc.).
  4. Submit your complaint via our dedicated support team.

Upon receiving your complaint, our team will conduct an initial review to verify the validity of the claim. We may contact you for further information or clarification during this process.

3. Communication with AWS

If the content in question is found to violate AWS policies, we will coordinate with AWS to address the issue and take the appropriate action. This may include forwarding your complaint to AWS or working directly with AWS to resolve the matter.

If it is determined that the content violates our hosting policies, AWS policies, or applicable laws, we will initiate the takedown procedure. This may involve removing the content, disabling access to the website, or taking other appropriate actions. We will notify the website owner of the takedown and provide them with an opportunity to rectify the issue if applicable.

5. Notification of Resolution

Once the issue has been resolved, we will notify you of the outcome and any actions taken. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure online environment.
