Job Description

The Content Integration Specialist will be responsible for delivering our current and future website/portal design and content management projects for our clients. The best Content Integration Specialist can participate in collaborative projects with our implementation team and clients that involve the creation of new websites in addition to the migration of existing website content.

  • Strategically auditing, assessing, and revising content
  • Migrating the web content and functionality from one website to the new one
  • Maintain site standards regarding new development and retrofitting functionality from existing site
  • Maintaining or enhancing content readability, functionality, and accessibility
  • Migrate client content using all necessary tools and applicable industry standards
  • Research industry trends, services, and current accessibility policies
  • Manage new website/portal design projects from start to finish
  • Become an expert in WordPress tools and widgets
  • Assist in client implementation calls to understand content needs
  • Researching and incorporating industry best practices and innovation into our information infrastructure
  • Assisting in the integration of workflow solutions for content framework and sitemap experiences
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of tools, architecture and processes that define client content design and navigation
  • Complete projects on time and to specifications
