Before joining Powerful, Will founded and led a successful UX and UI design studio, overseeing web and application design projects for small to medium-sized businesses across a range of industries. His deep understanding of user behavior, design systems, and accessibility principles allows him to translate complex content and service information into clear, functional layouts that enhance both usability and engagement.

At Powerful, Will focuses on web design for utilities, combining form and function to create websites that build trust, improve navigation, and communicate transparency.
