Jakob Scheetz is an Executive Assistant at Powerful, where he provides essential administrative support to our senior leadership team. In his role, Jakob helps streamline operations and improve efficiency, ensuring that our team is well-prepared for client engagements. He plays a key part in taking inventory of websites to help us get a head start in our partnerships and supports the team in preparing for discovery calls with utility organizations.

Beyond his work with client preparation, Jakob also assists with accounts payable and receivable, shipping and receiving, and logistics—helping to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Before joining Powerful, he spent two years in customer service, developing strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills that serve him well in his current role.

Jakob is known for his strong work ethic, determination to succeed, and willingness to help wherever he can. Whether handling day-to-day administrative tasks or assisting with larger projects, he is always ready to step in and support the team with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
