Showcasing Member Services
SVEC wanted their website to effectively showcase their service territory and the array of member services they offer. Understanding that a picture is worth a thousand words but a video is even more impactful, Powerful implemented a video into SVEC’s homepage hero section. This dynamic visual element provides a humanized, personal approach to their online services, highlighting the landscapes, communities, and people that make up SVEC’s service area.
The inclusion of video on the homepage has a profound impact. It instantly engages visitors, offering a warm, welcoming introduction to SVEC. By showcasing the cooperative’s operations and the rural areas they serve, the video emphasizes SVECV’s role in members’ daily lives.
Personalizing Services Through Custom Illustrations
In addition to video content, SVEC aimed to further personalize their services. Powerful achieved this through the implementation of a custom illustrated footer. This footer ties in seamlessly with the overall color scheme of the website, featuring local landmarks and cultural elements such as alligators, the historic Suwannee River, and scuba divers.
This illustration serves as a constant reminder of the local heritage and culture that SVEC proudly represents.
