BEC partnered with Powerful to enhance their online presence, aiming to better serve their community with a visitor-friendly and intuitive website.
Streamlined Access
BEC’s diverse range of services, from electric utilities to fiber, required a streamlined approach to website navigation. The goal was to simplify access to these services, allowing members to easily switch between electric and fiber offerings without confusion.
Powerful introduced a dynamic department header on BEC’s website, prominently displayed to facilitate easy toggling between electric and fiber services. This header ensures that visitors can quickly find and navigate to the relevant section with a single click, enhancing overall usability.
Simplifying Service Selection
BEC recognized that picking out a fiber plan can be a daunting task. The goal was to provide an interactive tool that simplifies the decision-making process, making it easier for customers to identify the best service plan.
Powerful implemented an online Service Plan Quiz featuring advanced conditional logic. This interactive form guides visitors through a series of questions, dynamically adjusting based on their responses to provide personalized plan recommendations. Upon completion, customers are presented with a clear and concise overview of the best-fitting fiber plans, facilitated by Powerful’s Rate Plans app.
The Service Plan Quiz transforms the way customers select their fiber plans. By using conditional logic, the quiz provides a customized experience, ensuring visitors receive the most relevant plan suggestions. This new addition improves the likelihood of customers choosing the right plan for their needs. The Rate Plans app further enhances this experience by presenting plans transparently, making it easy for customers to understand their options and make informed decisions.

BEC sought to enhance the accessibility and security of sensitive information for their board members. The challenge was to implement a visitor-friendly system that would allow board members to access password-protected content seamlessly.
